Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing content management system and product management includes product listing, composing product description and product photo editing
- Assist in new product launch research
- Responsible for daily eCommerce operations include managing website, banner update, eDM creation, website content update etc.
- Assist other ad hoc projects and operations of website and other online activities in eCommerce backend system
- Ensure website efficient operation and consumer experience on website content in good UX basis
- Assist in website enhancements and resolving any website issues on timely basis
- Work closely with different function units including eCommerce Business, Digital Marketing and Merchandizing to ensure smooth consumer experiences on website
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
- Strong interest in eCommerce, beauty & fast-fashion industry
- Experience in any eCommerce backend system is an advantage
- Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
- Fresh graduate is welcome
