Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical advice on in-house develop products.
  • Provide technical training for internal Sales & Support team.
  • Provide support to major account project implementation.
  • Software setup and configuration documentations.

Job Requirement

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Working experience in Hotels / Clubs and Restaurant Groups IT is preferred.
  • Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working
  • Customer oriented and dedicated to problem resolution
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Hands-on experience in installation of Linux / Windows
  • Strong communication skill and good command in English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking is required
  • Knowledge in SQL database is an advantage
  • Willing to travel overseas for technical support on project implementation
