Product Support Executive (Sales Coordinator)

Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for working closely with product team achieving both company sales target and vendor sales target.
  • To process piles of sales orders and related documentation and liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries to customers
  • To handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. inventory status, stock quotation, sales invoice, delivery schedule, order cancellation etc.)
  • To compile sales reports or other sales related materials to customers
  • To perform other sales related administrative duties (e.g. filing all approved documents, collect out-coming and incoming fax, input order entry etc.)
     

Requirements:

  • F. 7 and above education background
  • Above 2 years related working experience
  • Experience in IT distribution business field is definitely an advantage
  • With merchandizer and sales administration experience is an advantage
  • With strong competency as listed above
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
