This position is responsible for maintaining and improving the packaging quality and process.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Set up packaging production line, tailor-made and streamline packaging process
  • Manage the production beat rate to cope with  production volume
  • Maintain and improve the packaging quality and process
  • Oversee and Analyze the materials and manpower planning effectively and efficiently
  • Manage operational staff to align with the Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide supervision, guidance and training to Line leaders
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

  • Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
  • 5 years or above experience in setting up packaging production line, tailor-made and streamline packaging process
  • Preferably with packaging production experience in electronics products
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ISO standards
  • Work Location: Tsing Yi
