Requirements:

 

  1. Degree holder in Food Science, Production Management or related disciplines;
  2. At least 4 years of food manufacturing experience;
  3. Solid experience on HACCP, ISO 22000 and OHSAS system;
  4. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  5. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing;
  6. A good team player

 

 

Job Description:

 

  1. To assist Factory Manager building and leading a high performing production team to deliver business goals, and run respective brand businesses to meet the operational targets;
  2. To lead on execution of all organization’s strategies, policies and new initiatives;
  3. To work closely with all functional teams to monitor, review, improve operational actions including staff training program, ISO 22000, HACCP, OHSAS implementation;
  4. To supervise, control and support the manufacturing of the plant;
  5. To implement and arrange the SOP for kitchen equipment, chemical use and production procedures.
  6. To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned.
