Follow ISO requirements to handle technical and managerial activities in installation, setup and configuration, deployment, scripts composing, testing, troubleshooting and documentation under Windows/LINUX/AIX/Mobile platforms
Compile the mobile apps deploy (IOS/Android) and other quality assurance related works
Provide onsite L2 support during office hours and on-call L2 support during non-office hours
Handle the production incidents and liaise with external vendors in respect of regular communications and ad-hoc work
Degree holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in application version control and deployment
Proven experience in Windows/LINUX/AIX platforms
Knowledge of LDAP, KSH/BASH scripting, DOS scripts programming, Java is preferable
Experience in mobile apps deployment is a definite advantage
Good technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Production Management Manager
