Production Manager (Food Factory) (唐記包點)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of the food factory, ensure production volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved
- Responsible for planning and organizing production schedules
- Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
- Responsible for managing staff performance and manpower planning
- Cooperate with other department heads (including other production units, logistics and warehouse depts) on production capacity and schedule planning
- Schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis
- Responsible of preparing related reports and analyze for management review
- Resolve any ad hoc and critical issues
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Food Manufacturing/ Supply Chain Management/ Operation Management or related disciplines
- 10 year experience in manufacturing operations with minimum 4 years at supervisory level
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 22000
- Well-versed in food or manufacturing laws and ordinance in HK
- A good team player with strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to multi-tasking and work under pressure
- Highly self-motivated, sensitive to the market trend with high business sense
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Production Manager
