Production Manager

Position: Production Manager
Grade: Middle Manager
Division: Packaging Printing
Report to: Factory Manager
Location: Vietnam

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate production goals, manage and evaluate machine and worker resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime, and maintain high safety standards
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, monitor production to resolve issues
• Work out and ensure implementation of standard operating procedures for production operations
• Set and monitor production quality standards; implement quality control programs to meet quality objectives and analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Determine and implement improvements to production process
• Prepare and maintain production report
• Set and manage production budgets; responsible for production cost tracking
• Schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination among relevant departments

Requirements:

• Chinese and English proficiency (at least)
• Proven work experience as a print production manager and track record of successfully training employees in productivity
• Deep knowledge of print production management and quality standards
• Knowledge of production performance evaluation and experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Computer literate and hands on experience in quality management system and process improvement
• Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and a results-driven approach
• Able to lead and manage production team comprising of various nationalities
