To facilitate our vision in delivering Care and Love to our beneficiaries in Hong Kong, we are now seeking high caliber individuals with firm commitment to fill the following position:

This position is to:

  • Lead & manage the Cook Chill Production team to meet and deliver the agreed production target and food quality for the organization to serve the needy communities. 
  • Ensure the production flow is compliance with the requirement of IS022000 production and safety standards. 
  • Build a strong culture team to meet the organization’ vision, mission and culture. 



  • Lead & manage the cook chill production team to meet and deliver the organization meal targets in both required quantities and qualities in the most efficient and effective ways. 
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of the responsible site, ensure all machineries and equipment are in good conditions for operations 
  • Monitor and improve the performance of key operational metrics in all production areas through effective and efficient management, continuous improvement and processes reengineering. 
  • Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all stakeholders including but not limit to internal functions and teams, suppliers, facilities management, third parties contractors and government entities.  
  • Drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve organization objectives and customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop and update existing operating manual and ensure conformity on all operational procedures.  
  • Work closely with Quality team to ensure all work, health and safety procedures and environment are in compliance with inhouse policies, ISO22000, HACCP and all local law and regulatory requirements. 
  • Regularly update the management about the production KPIs and other related performance metric through various reports preparations and communications. 
  • Hire, train, develop and coach the team to support organization growth and long-term development. 


  • Tertiary education in Engineering / Production / Manufacturing / Food Science.   
  • At least 8 -year related working experience in food manufacturing with 5 years in managerial level. 
  • Knowledge of ISO22000, HACCP and other food and manufacturing regulatory in HK. 
  • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behaviour 
  • Strong leadership skills and project management skills, able to multi-tasking and work under pressure 
  • Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical and problem solving skill 
  • Team-player; open-minded and able to accept changes 
  • Good people management and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage 
  • Hands on MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing 
  • Passionate in Social Service and high enthusiastic in environmental protection
