Job Purpose :
-The position has a strategic role to build organizational learning culture by executing learning and development strategies and overall administrative duties of the learning and development function.
Job Responsibilities :
-Assist the agency to execute the learning and development strategies.
-Liaise with senior managements to implement staff career development, training, mentoring and coaching programs.
-Perform overall administrative duties of the training programs.
-Participate in Human Resources projects as assigned.
Job Requirements :
-Bachelor degree in social sciences, human resources management, social work, or related disciplines;
-Over 5 years relevant working experience;
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills with different levels of staff;
-Effective organisational and administrative skills;
-Familiar with FlexHRM system is an advantage;
-Possession of qualifications in training, and/or Membership of professional institutions is an advantage;
-Good understanding of the Social Service Agency is an advantage.
