Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Customer support and trouble-shooting through phone and email
  • Provide on-site application installation and user training to customers
  • Conduct software testing and implement supply chain solutions to customers
  • Gather user requirements and document business processes

Requirements:

  • 2 years working experience, preferably with a background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Computer Science
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to self manage and work independently
  • Able to establish and build good customer relationships
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Putonghua is advantage
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and training skills
