The appointee will support all aspects of the program administration and operation of the MSc in Environmental Health and Safety at the Department of Ocean Science. Duties include supporting the student recruitment and admissions process, providing general support to students, coordination of student enrichment and alumni activities, preparation of marketing collaterals, planning and execution of promotional campaigns, supporting the daily office administration and performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of full‐time working experience, preferably in program administration and in the education sector. The ideal candidate should be a good team player with the ability to work independently and in possession of good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility and a detailed mindset. He/She should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
