Baron Junior Music Academy (BJM),
Baron Junior Music Academy, aiming to nourish young children and help them build a strong foundation in music and a positive and emotionally balanced mind. Co-developed by leading music experts and educational psychologists in Hong Kong, the Little Green Music Program is a well-structured music education program in which children can receive cognitive, emotional, social, and physical and language development that addresses the needs of today’s children (aged 1.5 to 6) and parents in Hong Kong.

Program Consultant (Joint Center: BSM & BJM)

This position is responsible for the day to day activities of the Baron School of Music and Baron Junior Music Academy (Art Centre Campus and Lockhart Road Campus); in order to work within departmental sales and operational plans to maximize revenue. To deal with all sales enquiries from initial contact to full delivery of the service and after sales customer care.


  • Provide various music education consultancy to prospective students and their parents
  • Proactively initiate prospective clients
  • Achieve monthly sales target
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and prospective clients
  • Administrative follow-up for student
  • Participate and initiate ideas for new music programs
  • Working with pre-school and school-age children (age: 1.5 to 6)
  • Developing new music lessons with our program development team
  • Prepare lesson plans and activities for class based upon the ages and capabilities of individual students
  • Providing admin support
  • Follow ad hoc projects and/or events


  • University Graduate in Business Studies or Music or related discipline 2 years' experience in related industries highly desired
  • Certain Early Childhood Education training is highly preferable
  • Play a role, as agreed with the center manager and supervisors, in confronting particular issues as they arise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. (Conversational Mandarin is preferred)
  • Must be available for weekends (Saturday)
  • Hard working and willing to work on shift and/or over-time if needed
  • Must have certain level of Music Training
