Baron Junior Music Academy (BJM),
Baron Junior Music Academy, aiming to nourish young children and help them build a strong foundation in music and a positive and emotionally balanced mind. Co-developed by leading music experts and educational psychologists in Hong Kong, the Little Green Music Program is a well-structured music education program in which children can receive cognitive, emotional, social, and physical and language development that addresses the needs of today’s children (aged 1.5 to 6) and parents in Hong Kong.

This position is responsible for the day to day activities of the Baron School of Music and Baron Junior Music Academy (Art Centre Campus and Lockhart Road Campus); in order to work within departmental sales and operational plans to maximize revenue. To deal with all sales enquiries from initial contact to full delivery of the service and after sales customer care.


  • Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the music program and Foundation sponsored special workshops as outlined in the strategic plan.
  • Monitor and review the syllabuses and progresses of all internal and external education music programs (CEF or Non CEF)
  • Ensure the programs and services offered by the Baron School of Music contribute to the organization’s mission and reflect the priorities and approved budget of the supervisors.
  • Work with the Business Development Director to identify/plan exhibition themes with historical or cultural significance.
  • Monitor the delivery of the programs and workshops of the school to maintain or improve quality.
  • Provide regular program reports to Business Development Director.
  • Handle and investigate complaints from instructors or students
  • Assist all school activities and other ad hoc projects


  • University Graduate in BBA or Music or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, included administration and/or school's office support
  • Able to work independent, logical thinking, pro-active and good communication skills
  • Excellent computer skill on provide various kind of reports and research skills
  • Must have certain level of Music Training And Pop Music background
  • Willing to work overtime and occasionally weekend
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Programme Officer
