Manulife HK is seeking a Program Lead who are motivated and team-oriented. This is a newly created opportunity under the Strategy and Transformation team of the Manulife HK Retirement business, covering all retirement business including MPF, ORSO and other pension business opportunities across the region.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong project and time management skills (managing complex project structures, tight timelines)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (liaising with internal and external stakeholders, interacting and influencing various stakeholders to drive execution)
  • Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changes and uncertainties (e.g. uncertainties and changes in scope and/or timing of projects)
  • Relevant experiences in MPF/ORSO (e.g. addition of new funds, scheme changes due to regulatory changes, scheme merge, change of administrator, M&A transitions, managing TPA relationships, etc) would be a significant plus
  • Understanding of MPF/ORSO regulatory framework would be a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Undergraduate degree with 8+ years of experience
  • Experience in financial industry (e.g. pensions, asset management, insurance or banking) or prior project management experience would be necessary

On the job you will:

  • To support the Strategy and Transformation team to drive implementation and delivery of major strategic initiatives and key transformational programs
  • To liaise internally across business, functions and departments, as well as externally with key stakeholders (e.g. regulator, business/technology/admin solutions partners, legal advisors) for key programs
  • Subject to the nature of the project, the Program Lead may act as the subject matter expert to support other functions and departments within HK Retirement (e.g. pension administration, IT processes, digital initiatives) for ensuring effective and seamless execution
  • Participate in strategy and transformational discussions to drive the future of our target operating model, business and strategy
