The Group Information Services Department (GISD), located in Hunghom, strives to serve the IT needs of Head Office and is responsible for co-ordinating IT related services within the CK Hutchison Group. We are looking for a Programme Delivery professional to organise, co-ordinate and execute our Group cyber security programmes in support of achieving the expected outcomes of our Group cyber security strategy. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement programme initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delivery. Responsibilities:
- Accountable for developing and executing cyber security programme plans and maintaining programme initiatives in accordance with the strategic direction and cyber security roadmap of our organisation
- Developing and maintaining budgets and operating plans for our cyber security programmes, and ensuring programmes are delivered to agreed timelines and budgets
- Managing programme delivery teams and key delivery requirements, if necessary, including global teams of cross-functional representatives and vendors with diverse backgrounds and skillsets to define project scope, deliverables, resource and work plans, interdependencies and aligning timelines
- Developing programme and project business cases for approval
- Implementing and managing change and intervening where required to ensure programme and project goals are achieved
- Developing and maintaining communications plans and stakeholder engagement
- Work with department head and business stakeholders to define metrics and reporting strategies that effectively evaluate and communicate successes and progress of the security programme as well as areas for improvement
- Tracking, analysis, evaluation, management and reporting of programme risks, issues, opportunities and decision making
- Defining and maintaining programme governance structures and ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld. Maintaining quality assurance and ensuring the overall integrity of the programme
- Participating in vendor selection processes including design and review of tenders and tender/proposal submissions
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to stakeholders within GISD and our businesses
Requirements:
- University degree or above in IT, preferably with relevant professional project or programme management qualifications
- At least 10-15 years of relevant IT experience
- At least 5 years of relevant programme delivery experience across different cyber security domains, including leading large complex cross business unit programmes of work
- A good understanding of cyber security risks and technology is preferable, including implementation of cyber security risk management programme, security operations centres, identity and access management programmes, etc.
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, problem solving and analytical skills, time management and facilitation skills
- Proven communications and stakeholder engagement, and change management experience
- Proven people management experience and experience managing a team
- Strong understanding of project and programme management
- Competency using project and programme management tools and applications
