You will make use of expert knowledge of social change processes to achieve organizational effectiveness. You will have a strong record in human rights and either a deep knowledge of Amnesty International’s structure and goals or directly transferable experience. You are driven by your passion for making an organization like Amnesty as powerful as possible in the fight for human rights change.
