The Role Responsibilities
Project Leadership – Lead in the successful delivery of the Major project / programme in accordance with the Banks standards.
Inter-business alignment- manage business relationship to shape clear premises strategy at an early stage to gain support and alignment to the business performance agenda. Provide escalation and communication Channel between Property and Business at both country and group levels.
Identify efficiency opportunity and strategy formulation – provide specialist knowledge enabling analysis and continuous improvement related to Property. Lay approval groundwork before Property needs it by communicating with stakeholders early and often, ensuring country, regional and Group levels know what is in pipeline (project or standards change).
Streamline delivery - Align the Property programs with the Business Agenda and the Group Property Strategy. Own standards, processes and performance metrics for the project, driving efficiencies and improvements to streamline delivery.
