The Role Responsibilities

Project Leadership – Lead in the successful delivery of the Major project / programme in accordance with the Banks standards.

Inter-business alignment- manage business relationship to shape clear premises strategy at an early stage to gain support and alignment to the business performance agenda. Provide escalation and communication Channel between Property and Business at both country and group levels.

Identify efficiency opportunity and strategy formulation – provide specialist knowledge enabling analysis and continuous improvement related to Property. Lay approval groundwork before Property needs it by communicating with stakeholders early and often, ensuring country, regional and Group levels know what is in pipeline (project or standards change).

Streamline delivery - Align the Property programs with the Business Agenda and the Group Property Strategy. Own standards, processes and performance metrics for the project, driving efficiencies and improvements to streamline delivery.

Relationship

• Develop and manage key stake holder relationships connecting the business and Property
• Establish and report strategy performance against KPIs, Dashboards and approved plans
• Manage strategy exemptions including evolution/update of established standards
• Contribute, influence and manage issues related to the Major Project

Delivery

• Support Business in rolling out core and transformational projects
• Manage design standards (discipline specific) and oversee approval of project execution
• Provide analysis enabling continuous improvement in performance metrics and premises quality
• Ensure work standards quality and execution according to SCB Property standards & policies

Our Ideal Candidate

• Ability to influence key stakeholders and mould consensus at various authorities.
• Experience with premises related delivery systems, performance measures and standards
• Experienced client management capability
• Effective interpersonal skills, influencing teams, presentation skills and diplomacy
• Experienced in change management or integration programmes
• Financial acumen and knowledge of the Bank business
