A charitable education foundation is seeking a high-calibre candidate for the following position:

Job duties:

  • Prepare routine email/letter correspondence with overseas education institutions
  • Write/edit/proofread content for the foundation website and other reports
  • Arrange business meetings and represent the education foundation at events
  • Manage charitable education programmes and maintain relationships with education partners
  • Prepare ad hoc written reports and communications
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • A degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business or related subject areas
  • Ability to speak English at a NATIVE or NEAR-NATIVE level
  • Ability to write English at a professional level
  • Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, good personal skills and attention to details
  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years of working experience, but will consider fresh graduates
  • Optional: Ability to speak and write Chinese
