The appointee will be required to perform general clerical and reception duties including document processing and maintaining filing systems; answering enquiries; maintaining databases and the office’s website; assisting in organization of activities and events; providing frontline services to students; liaising with other units and external parties, and other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) at least one year’s relevant working experience, preferably in administration; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese; (iii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) a high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing; (v) a positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility; and (vi) good liaison skills in working with students and teachers.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
