Project Admin. Assistant (5-day week)

Responsibilities:
•Prepare quotations and contracts
•Source vendors and negotiation with them on computer parts
•Work closely with internal parties on order requirements, service delivery, billing…etc
•Handle and process internal/external customers' inquiries and follow up their requests

Requirements:
•Form 5 or above
•With 1 year of sales support/sales administration experience
•Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
•Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
•Good time management and communication skill
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in spoken Cantonese
•Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon – Fri)
