Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin and clerical support to directors & project team to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Fast & accurate typing
  • Prepare quotation, tender and other documents
  • Maintain records and filing system
  • Assist to check and verify invoices

Requirements
 

  • Form 6 or above;
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Chinese Word Processing)
  • Knowledge of ISO operation is preferable;
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred.
