Project Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative support and co-ordinate with various parties for the project.
  • Provide operational support (project preparation/ market research) to department.
  • Assist in business and marketing development, conduct research and collect relevant information.
  • Perform miscellaneous assignments and handle ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree or above, preferably majored in Finance, commerce, IT or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in marketing and administrative field.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent with good communication & interpersonal skills.
