Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation.
  • Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist in adaptation of new programme/ systems in daily site matters.
  • Provide occasional support for office administration matters.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years’ administrative/ clerical experience; fresh graduates would also be considered
  • Previous experience in interior contracting / construction firm will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written English & Chinese.
  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.
