Project Administrator –项目助理

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager and Project Director on daily activities;
  • Schedule project meetings and take meeting minutes;
  • Prepare requested documents for the team members;
  • Tracking overall project expenses which including but not limited to project invoice and expenses claim;
  • Maintain and update project inventory record;
  • Liaise and coordinate project related matters with vendors;
  • Conduct technical research for team members;
  • Prepare project reports including but not limited to Project Progress Report and Weekly Activities Report;
  • Assist in procurement process starting from vendor sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, market research, preparation of tender/RFI/RFP documents, follow up with vendors on the tender submission;
  • Assist in preparing all services contracts and agreements;
  • Liaise with all relevant parties in relation to project deliverables;
  • Assist in work coordination and other ad-hoc projects as assigned; and
  • Providing administrative support to project stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent, preferably in IT discipline  with a minimum 1-year working experience;
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin but not a must);
  • Hands on IT knowledge and experience in software development especially in Business Analyst skills;
  • Strong research and presentation skills;
  • Fast learner and willing to learn new technology;
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented personality;
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Offices suite;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Proactive with can-do attitude.
