Project Administrator (2-Year Contract)

Qualification & Requirement:

• Form 5 or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project administration, preferably in construction/E&M industrial.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Meticulous, systematic, reliable, good attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Job Duties:

• Provide a full range of clerical support to the Project team.
• Assist the team to prepare documents and report for submission, schedule the meetings, prepare the meeting notes and materials, coordinate among team members and external parties.
• Handle project administration and document coordination, analyse and report data, and carry out the ad hoc tasks as assigned.
