Project Administrator/ Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support, co-ordination with all Project Engineer and Project Supervisors for project progress monitoring so as to maintain smooth operation in Project Department
  • To provide general administration and secretarial support to the department head plus other duties as assigned by the Company.
  • Work with Project Controller to plan, organize, coordinate, follow up and cost control on various aspects of Project Operation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to meet project schedule and objectives
  • Develop project management tools and prepare analysis reports

Requirements

  •  Diploma/Degree in or above in Building Service/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering discipline is preferred,
  •  2 years or above related working experience, fresh graduated is welcome
  •  Familiar with AutoCAD is an advantage
  •  Solid understanding of materials and construction details
  •  Proficiency in MS Excel / Works and E-mail
  •  Strong detail-minded / well coordination
  •  Able to communication in written English
  •  Strong sense of responsibility, independent, proactive, attentive to details and customer-oriented
