Job Duties:

  • Act as a secondment consultant between agencies & internal users
  • Involve in the daily operation relating to secondment service, payroll, staff engagement, attendance recording handling etc.
  • Arrange interviews and meetings
  • Monitor HR & secondment system operation.
  • Assist in preparation of statistical analysis and reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year of working experience with proven experience as a Project Administrator / Administrative work.
  • Solid knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Solid knowledge or experience in HR related 
  • Immediate Available is preferred
