Project Administrator

Responsibilities
1. To co-ordinate the project schedule between users and project engineer
2. To update the inventory and service repots by using excel (VLookup / Pivot Table)
3. Assist in general administration work

Required Skills Set and Experience
1. Prefer 1 year Project Administration or co-ordination experience
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
3. High diploma or University degree
4. Self-starter, can work independently
5. Good Communication skill is essential
6. Language skill: Basic English required
