Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative support to the Senior Management including coordinating appointments, travel arrangement schedule, financial claims and visa applications
  • Keep tracking the development progress of FinTech projects and report to management
  • Maintain and improve Project Management System, generate the analysis reports in needs
  • Conduct regular meetings, facilitate the communication between internal and other departments
  • To handle related ad-hoc projects assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above, preferably majored in Information System, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year’s solid experience in project administration
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-minded
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill
