What you will do

This person will join the project team in Hong Kong. She/He will provide administrative and clerical support to the team

How you will do it

  • Administer project purchasing invoice and accounts payable
  • Assist in scheduling of sub-contractors and field technical staff
  • Coordinate equipment delivery for assigned projects from order receipt to project completion
  • Create purchase orders for sub-contractors and outside purchase equipment
  • Data and checklist updating
  • Work closely with related parties on daily operations
  • Perform ad hoc duty as required

What we look for


  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience, exposure in building services or engineering related industry would be advantage
  • Experience in project / contract administration
  • Knowledge in ERP account system
  • Good command in written, spoken in both English and Chinese
  • Willingness to travel within APAC region
