Project Administrator

Qualifications and experience

  • Diploma in Information Technology or Business administration above.
  • Solid experience in administration work, inventory management and finance settlement and reporting
  • Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service
  • Experience in application testing is an advantage


Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administration services for device procurement, delivery logistics arrangement and inventory management.
  • Provide hot line services to handle customer incident reporting and follow up with customer support engineers.
  • Administration work for customer settlement, billing, payment and reporting
  • Assist project team in QA activities


Working Hours

  • 5 days work a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Rest on Saturday and Sunday
  • Rest on Statutory holidays
