Help the whole project department in the day-to-day administration operation;
Prepare project equipment submission, such as preparing catalog and compiling the submission booklets;
Issue new project file upon award of contracts and filing of project incoming and outgoing documents;
Contact suppliers and subcontractors for the requirements of the project team;
Help checking the tender quantity and unit rate schedule after the project is awarded for the project engineers to start preparing the necessary equipment schedule for site implementation and cost checking etc.;
Administration support like raise the purchase order, logged all the jobs in progress table, writing of quotation for variance order, prepare handover documentation, raising invoice on confirmation from clients etc.;
Observe the environmental, health and safety policy and regulations.
F5 or above or Diploma in relevant discipline;
2 years experiences in administration flied is preferable;
Be self-motivated and good communication skills;
With good PC skills, good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
