Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in project administration.
Good knowledge of the sales process and dynamics would be an advantage.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Meticulous, systematic and reliable, with good attention to detail and good communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word/Excel/Microsoft Project, etc)
To handle project administration and document coordination.
To schedule the routine meetings and record decisions, create and update workflows documents.
To measure and report on the project performance and project budget control.
To prepare and submit the price proposals, handle the ad hoc tasks as assigned.
