Project Administrator

Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project administration.
• Good knowledge of the sales process and dynamics would be an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Meticulous, systematic and reliable, with good attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word/Excel/Microsoft Project, etc)

Job Duties:

• To handle project administration and document coordination.
• To schedule the routine meetings and record decisions, create and update workflows documents.
• To measure and report on the project performance and project budget control.
• To prepare and submit the price proposals, handle the ad hoc tasks as assigned.
