Responsibilities:

Software support, deal with user inquires, administrative work;

Prepare software documents, conduct software testing and end user training;

Work closely with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful delivery of projects
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in any disciplines, with basic I.T. knowledge
-
Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
-
Proactive, independent and attention to details;
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
-
Prior exposure to Retail or FMCG industries will be an advantage
-
Fresh graduates are welcome
