Project Architect-項目管理建築師

• 招、投標管理：參與項目總包、裝修以及設計單位等的招標工作，負責相關文件的準備工作；
• 項目管理：負責地產項目的進度及延遲分析；參與項目協調會，負責與政府部門及顧問協調、跟進項目進度事宜；
• 負責項目相關的文書工作。

• Work with Government departments and Design Consultants on Design Stage
• Provide technical specification and advice on the cost estimate
• Monitor the site work during construction stage
• Check the variation work etc.

• 本科以上，建築學相關專業畢業；HKIA註冊建築師優先；
• 5年以上香港發展商或建築設計事務所經驗，有住宅项目經驗優先；
• 良好的書面中英語表達，普通話與粵語俱佳；
• 熟練使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint等Office軟件；
• 良好的人際交往能力，工作細緻，具強烈的責任心。

• Holder of Degree in Architecture or equivalent, holder of HKIA is in priority;
• More than 5 years’ experience in Developers or Architectural Consultants; Proven experience in residential properties is preferred; 
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills (English, Putonghua and Cantonese);
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
