•Assist to manage the overall order processing (i.e. maintain sales orders, follow up shipment and delivery
•Issue invoice, prepare and process quotation, contract, sales order and related documents
•Handle and attend to customers’ orders and enquires
•Delivery goods/services delivery to customers
•HKCEE / HKDSE or above
•With 1 year working experience
•Working experience in customer service / sales process is advantage
•Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
•Good command in written English & Chinese
•Good communication skills
•Familiar with MS office applications
•Immediately available is an advantage
