To assist in managing and coordinating exhibitions and programmes;
To assist in organizing, managing and supervising of events, lectures and workshops, as well as social media activities;
To assist in the promotion and publicity of the programmes;
To assist in the management and research of museum's collections and related exhibition projects;
To assist the research, copywriting, editing, translation and other administrative work of the museum.
Bachelor's Degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
Possess Grade 'D' or above in Use of English of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), or equivalent;
Possess Grade 'E' or above in Chinese Language and Culture of the HKALE with component grade 'd' or above in the writing section, or Grade '3' or above in Chinese Language in the 2012 HKDSE and henceforth, with component grade '4' or above in the writing section;
Speak native Cantonese and fluent English and Putonghua, good command of written Chinese and English;
Have full-time working experience in art project management;
Be proficient in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
Be proficient in using online media (e,g. Facebook, Instagram) and electronic devices.
