Project Assistant / Coordinator (Kwun Tong / To Kwa Wan)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide project related clerical and administrative support to the team, include but not limited to maintain daily attendance record, schedule and documentation submission.
• Organize and attend weekly meeting and prepare meeting agenda and minutes.
• Assist Project Manager for sub-contractor cooperation and coordination.
• Manage project related documents, include but not limited to contracts, drawings, work schedules and project file.
• Manage and record team tools and products.
• Perform as department’s secretary to coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 / HKDSE or above.
• 2-3 years’ administrative work experience, site coordination experience will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office and English & Chinese Word Processing).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Administrator.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Work location at Kwun Tong or To Kwa Wan depends on project assigned.
