Project Assistant II(s)

The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) providing clerical and administrative support to the project office; (b) assisting in the planning and daily operations of the positive education projects; (c) assisting in data collection and data management; and (d) performing other duties as assigned. This position is particularly attractive to those seeking to develop their career in specialties like educational psychology, clinical psychology and research in various areas in psychology. Opportunities to attend professional workshops and conferences, both local and overseas, are available.

Applicants should have (i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained" or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (ii) a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Education or related disciplines; (iii) fast and accurate typing skill; (iv) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (v) good communication and interpersonal skills; (vi) the ability to work independently and as a team player; and (vii) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
