The Project Assistant is expected to assist the more senior team members in a project; his/her jobs include checking database, printing travel handbook, banners, etc (liaising with designer and printing house), sourcing souvenirs, and “mail-merging", etc.
He/she is expected to learn, on the job, the needs of different type of corporate clients in their incentive conferences and trips, basic air ticket knowledge, hotel brands, different destinations, attractions and gala dinner production.
