Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement request and/or payment verification business.
  • Unify customer PO with outsourcing PO.
  • Provide documentary management and support for the department.
  • Network Inventory management.
  • Collect the PR/PO/Acceptance Certificate, etc for invoicing.
  • Work under the technical services dept
  • Assist the project team management site implementation schedule and quality

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above in Business Admin., Management Studies or related discipline;
  • At least 2-3 years of document management experience, preferably from the telecom industry;
  • With more than 2 years site construction management experience, familiar with the project management process
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing etc.;
  • Hard working, responsible, independent with good coordination and communication skills;
  • Analytical mind, good learning capability, initiative and flexibility;
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred;
  • Fresh university graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered.
