Chevalier (HK) Limited provides installation, testing, repair, maintenance, and modernization services of lifts and escalators. We participate in different kinds of development projects consisting of commercial buildings, hotels, private residential estates and public housing projects etc. Established in 1970, the lift and escalator division was Chevalier's first business division and today it remains one of our core businesses. 


Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling daily project documents including purchase orders, quotation, tender and other related business correspondences
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to maintaining an updated  database, managing the filing system, clerical support, etc
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project operations
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by manager


Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in construction and engineering industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
