The appointee will be responsible for undertaking administrative and/or research duties in various leadership development programs, consultancy and/or research projects. The appointee is expected to work closely with the project team leader(s) in providing support to course administration; course development; draft proposals; and handle contingency matters as necessary. He/she will be required to coordinate research activities pertinent to Educational Leadership, School Partnership and other subjects as assigned. The appointee will also be required to work flexible work hours during the course period. The Initial appointment will be for a period of 6 to 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably with at least one year of work experience in tertiary sector. Proficiency in office software, photo editing, both written and spoken English and Chinese is requires. Experience in coordination of large-scale professional development programme for school leaders will be an advantage. Immediate availability is an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.
