The appointee will be responsible for providing general administrative support pertaining to a departmental project on Blended Learning and carrying out any other administrative duties as assigned by his/her supervisor. The appointment will be for a period of around 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Arts, Social Sciences or Management. Applicants should be highly proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) with high level of computer literacy. They should also be a good team player, attentive to details, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Relevant experience in tertiary institutions is preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.
