The appointee will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the promotion of the academic programmes and related activities of the Department. Duties include programme marketing, providing logistic and secretarial support, and performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisors. The appointment will be for a period of around 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. They should also possess effective communication, organizational and analytical skills; be attentive to details and able to work independently. Immediate availability is preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.
