The appointee will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team of the Faculty to implement various marketing campaigns. Duties include providing administrative and logistics support for the marketing team; implementing the strategies for image building and programme promotions; liaising with both internal and external parties to maintain smooth and effective operations of the projects; organizing and attending local and international events; managing and updating the contents of various websites and social media platforms; regular reporting to keep monitoring results; liaising with different departments within the university; and performing any other duties as assigned. Occasional travel may be required. The appointment will be tenable for a period of around one year.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Education, Translation or related disciplines, preferably with related working experience in marketing or public relations. They should have good command of written and spoken English and must be fluent in both Cantonese and Putonghua; be attentive to details; with good interpersonal, organization and communication skills. They should also be familiar with the education system and the social media trends in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Experience in event marketing, blogging and translation is highly preferred.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.
