Project Assistant/Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle project documentations and provide administrative supports to project teams
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and taking meeting minutes
  • Coordination with internal departments and external parties e.g. government/building contractor to facilitate smooth project executions
  • Drafting correspondence and circulars for communication with team members and the public
  • Provide personal assistant to team head
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above. Educational background in building industry or related discipline is preferable
  • 2 years’ experience in clerical or administration work, preferably in Building and construction field
  • Good command of Chinese & English
  • Proficiency in general PC application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proactive, organized, detailed-minded with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immedicately available is highly preferred
  • Work Location: Central
