Project Clerk / Admin Clerk

Duties:

  • General project administrative duties, including data filing, report preparation, and document handling 
  • Sourcing suppliers and price analysis
  • Preparing quotation and tender documents
  • Assisting Commercial Manager in tendering and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Willing to learn, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
  • More experience may apply high position, Project Administrative Officer
